Time taken for the drawing is 2 hours. I have used prismacolor premier pencils. and distilled turpentine for burnishing. The paper holding the cupcake was only half burnished to retain some texture. highlights on the cake by white gel pen.Watch the drawing video here -- youtu.be/gYV0hDD-Yf0

Still. I've been playing with 2.5 x 3.5 artist trading cards, and so far those take me about 4-5 hours. D: I'm hoping I get faster as I keep working on these, because I've only recently decided to play with colored pencils in photo realism.
