Description
The Decepticon's main propaganda officer. If there is a rumour going around that the Decepticons have a new super weapon, there's a good chance it came from the office of Overdub. His cassette minions are all experts in espionage, breaking and entering and sabotage. He commands a standard ten-mech unit.(Overdub is based on a teal coloured Soundwave that appears in MacAddams Old Oilhouse in the DK The Ultimate Guide' book.
