...I now realize I should've been more specific; what I meant was which G1 variation do you use when a character has multiple incarnations/forms? On that note, when you do the Action Masters, if you do them at all, will you be giving them vehicle modes as well?

Nah, I suppose he technically could have, using the Powermaster suit, but I shan't be doing it.
