I really love the old '1980's Marvel' style.
I imagine Cloudbuster here to be from a Cybertronian Citystate with a high altitude so that he sits (literally, given the transformation) either within, or above the clouds.
I've had the name 'Cloudbuster' lying around for ages but never had a suitable mech to give it to. Seeing as it's another word for tower or skyscraper it seemed OK to use here.

It seems Guido based the main one from that shot on the Zone character Metrotitan: [link]
Although it seems all of them are "Metrotitans" in the IDW continuity now, including Metroplex, so the new name works rellay well here, you may want to adjust the legs colors if you want to go by the canon though: [link]
