Oh come on, now you're just being silly. I'm just a punk kid with a few tricks up his sleeve. Mignola and O'Neill could do this with their eyes closed...alright maybe not with their eyes closed, but definitely with one hand tied behind their back.
I haven't read Susan Kay's Phantom. I don't like the things I have heard about it and seeing as it's pretty hard to come by in my country anyway, I think I'll pass. Besides, Leroux is all I really need.
Anyway, keep an eye on my page. If all goes as planned, the first page of Don Juan Defeated: Interview with a Freak should be up before the week is out.

Now you're the one being a goof... you don't give yourself enough credit and the negatives aren't doin you any good. I'm not trying to put pressure on you... I'm just saying that's where it could be if you worked at it. There are a lot of undiscovered talent out there that just needs someone to BELIEVE in 'em... and harass them every once in awhile. Test me if you think I'm jokin about that. 'Sides... who needs both hands to draw anyway?
Susan Kay's work is it's own cup of tea... you either hate it love it or you don't like tea. Leroux was/is still the original (I have my own hard bound copy - tho the english edit isn't that great)
