On the news today, a man beat up his son for not doing his homework. Its really sickening to know this happened, and that adults, ESPECIALLY parents, would go and hurt children. Truly disgusting.

I totally agree with this. I was never physically abused, but I was mentally abused by my fellow classmates. I was also abused in the other way by my step-father, but I told one of my friends and she told the school board and so... yea... But this is a great message to everyone.

I'm very fortunate to have had a great childhood, with parents who love me. I lived in a very sheltered environment, I went to a sheltered private school with other children who grew up with parents like mine. It wasn't until I moved to an area without decent private schools and I started public highschool that I realised that everyone didn't share my life style. I think the worst crime is one against a child. I want to fight for the children that have no voice.

This stamp really speaks to me because my best friend is physically and emotionally abused and she is thinking about running away, and I just want the best for my friend. They are building a new house that they are going in debt for and her dad has just recently lost his job, so yeah things are getting rough for her.

I try to keep people aware of it.
That is why I have started posting petitions against such things in my journal.
I have used your stop abuse stamp for a petition against a site that talks about how much guys like "little girls" but how they dont think its wrong.

we'll get through it one day, im sure, herez somethin that might help, do u do sports? i know that when i do track and field self abuse and my past is da last thing that comes to mind. Our school team is sooo small that ive got 2 know all my teammates personally (but thats cuz we r a small private school) an its real fun! ive personally never looked forward to goin home, so if u wanna stay away an try to get as far away from ur regular reality as possible, or u just dont wanna b home, mandatory practice with ur team is the perfect excuse 4 stayin away from home till 5 oclock every... single... schoolday! if u go 2 one of those private schools where ppl r usually nice (unlike public schools in my opinion) this can work quite nicely

ya I swim everyday for 2 1/2 hours and its great cause its not on my mind til I get home and I get hungry from workout cause Ill eat and feel like crap I beat my self up everyday and throwup. I go to a public school with a tiny swim team(like the only ppl on it are me and my two freinds, one of witch annoys the hell out of me cause she thinks everything that happened to me is my fault and I was asking for it)other than that I love practice everyday+saturday
