F-16B-15-CF, 83-1171 assigned to the 308th TFS, 31st TFW, based at Homestead AFB seen at Luke AFB in December 1986.I was really happy to see a "ZF" coded Homestead F-16! Note the F-16A parked behind this one carries the 'newer' "HS" code.

I looked this airframe thinking it was with the PRANG (last 3 numbers looked familiar to me) and I found out this acft crashed in 2008.

I liked seeing these really high serialed F-16A/B acft. If you notice, 83-1174 was the first F-16D acft built:
