Alright, I've been holding onto this one for a while now, but I've finally been able to give it the finishing touches, so here we go. This one was done by an artist who really doesn't (or at least shouldn't) need an introduction, Christopher "Kweli" Copeland . If you don't already know this man's work, then that's your own loss, and you should have gone to his page before finishing reading this sentence. course, who doesn't your colors compliment well... I could draw like a fetus using the umbilical cord to scrawl on a piece of paper, and your colors would make it look good.

This is too cool. While I am a fan of Samurai Champloo, I love how angular the artwork is. The line work is very clean and detailed and the way the characters are posed works really well. I like how Jin's pipe is tipped up. The dusty yellow background and the few leaves floating about is a nice touch... The coloration is great and really matches up with the anime.
My only critique is that Fuu's facial shape and hand looks a little too manly.

WOW! i dont need an intro, hell of a compliment. Few comments myself, for everyone looking at this one and saying its not the best one, and it needs all of these different improvements, THANK YOU!
This is our very first colaboration, and of the many more that we will be doing it is the least as far as skill goes. All artist knows that time brings improvement, and we will start learning each others ways and master each others techniques. I LOVE THIS MANS WORK! and in the future i will be pencilling thigs that will catere to his style of coloring more, all in all that was to say stay tuned, we got so much more to knock y'all's head with , MONK my brother i love it as you already know, but this is just a snowflake on the ICEBURG we creating. Muchos Freshness. Dude, your colouring is spot on. Been wondering, is it PS you colour with? If so, do you have a custom brush set? I'd love to get more info on how you work. I've been experimenting with a range of approaches on PS recently and am trying to find one in particular that i can focus on mastering. Any advice would be much appreciated.
