She's like all other (Hero) Units. You can try it out in the Beta,if you bought C&C3: Kanes Wrath.

I got the C&C3: Tiberium Wars special edition with exclusive access to the beta, I tried to download it off EA.com but it seems it might be only a multiplayer only build so it looks like I may have to wait until the game comes out. I'm still looking forward to it though, I love foreign women.
