Sorry this took so long Nem-rac, but a bad combo of hand pains and mid-terms made this commish move slower than frozen corn syrup in the Ice Ages. Nova, your's will be up next ASAP (aka, when my hands aren't arguing with me again).'s character, Trevor, launching blue magic flames from his paws before strutting off screen.
I love animating cats/felinoids. So squishy and flexible.

I wish some of these would be... smoother or maybe slower because you have so much movement at one time and it is so beautiful the way everything flows it's just too bad some of it gets lost in the jitteriness. You're still awesome.

Thank you, and I agree I dislike the jitteriness, but sometimes timing has to be sacrificed to include all the movements the client asks for and still fit it within the 15k limit set by DA when it's shrunk to a 50 by 50 pixels size. Color and amount of frames often determines how big the file is, and omission or quick and dirty versions of some elements of animation are necessities when craming it in that tiny file size. I'm still working out how to get the right movement without sacrificing the art, but sometimes, corners need cutting.

short things like this require no storyboard, though I will rough out the animation before hand to ensure the movement looks good.

This one is all in Flash. I have a real old one done entirely by hand, I've another done in MAYA, and many of my older animations (like my avatar) are done in Adobe Photoshop Element.
