Did this a while ago and posted it on the minecraft forums although im lazy and didn't get the bumpage neccissary to keep the thread alive (oh well)

so i'll just have to post it here

this is the art file for minecraft to replace it all with PONIES MUAHAHAHAHA.... ahem
and im going to say the same thing here i said there i am taking requests for these. i can either convert an image for you or you can give me a general idea of what you want and i'll set to work on it!
since im doing this for fun and college starts for me tomorrow i can't really make any promises on what i'll get done BUT know that this whole thing only took me 3-4 hours to do

to use:
click "Start" > type in %appdata% > .minecraft > bin > 7zip open the archive of minecraft.jar > art > replace the file
conversly you can do:
start game > click mods and textures > click open texture folder > make a new folder and name it > place an 'art' folder inside that > place kz inside that

there are better descriptions of it out there and countless youtube tutorials though *hint hint*
