Description After a couple people suggested I do it, I finally created a tutorial for how I make pixel-overs. The pokemon I chose was Oddish for its simplicity.

Anyways, I do ALL my work in MSpaint. I do not own Photoshop or Gimp or any of those other things. So don't ask for a tutorial on pixel overs using those programs.

I'd love to see some peoples first pixel overs! Mine was a horrible azurill that I made a very very long time ago and has since been deleted.

Technically yes. Its a pixel over, you are pixeling over top of a different image.
