Vilashral "Shral" th'Hrsivalar. He's one of the other main characters of the same story that features Dagmar ([link] ). Shral is one of the more senior aides to the Andorian ambassador, officially, but he has access the sort of technology you'd expect to see in the shadier side of the military...Also, blue skin is HARD. Twelve different shades of blue and purple in there, and it still doesn't look right!

You really pulled off the blue skin; the different shades in there really show and it looks fantastic! The lazy pose is good too, and I kinda love his shocking green eyes. Draw more of this guy please? If only for more blue-skin practise!
