A tutorial I put together for the simplest possible rendering method for a fairly good result on white background images using Photoshop

I actually spent more time on pasting the image onto the tut than I did on making the actual render XD
(it actually took me less than a min to render that pic XD)

All is left for you is to fix the corner chippings using a pen tool, and it will take like 2 to 3 more min XD
