Description
So i'm music trash, and my favorite thing to do when listening to it is imagine the characters/OC's i'm currently interested in, interacting with it somehow.
And thus, in my head canon, it's imperative that each of the Eds can dance in some way or another.

Eddy strikes me (and Sumi) as a self-taught hip hop dancer, at least by his mid to late teen years.
I mean he already has a couple "moves" in the show and seems to love to get down, so why not?
He would be the type to learn from watching movies, shows, YT vids and practicing in his bedroom while jamming out to music and getting good, kind of accidentally on purpose.
This includes moon walking and twerking because he would.
I think it would be a good release for him too though, I can see him doing a serious, expressive dance to a couple of more "toned" songs, if you will.
It'd be a good way to wear him out and blow off steam in a productive way, and maybe channel some of his anger.

As for Ed, Sumi-Sprite came up with the idea of him actually joining Sarah for ballet class post-movie and the two of them KILLING IT
I loved the idea too much not to keep it!
In an episode he did technically admit to wanting to become a ballet dancer, so why not?
He's that character who would be weirdly coordinated at this one obscure thing.

And of course, even Edd must be able to do a little foot work.
Probably sillier, simpler dances, formal partnered dancing, etc.
Nothing major and definitely not done too often, but just enough to say all three of the boys can dance in some way or another.

Eddy's my favorite, I love watching dancing gifs and vids and imagining it's him or thinking about him teaching himself.
He'd never tell anyone he's learning, either, he would just randomly bust moves in school or whenever and dazzle his friends or whoever else.
Because he's a show off with a big ego and I love him for it!

P.S. it was also Sumi's idea that if they had a YT channel they'd call it "EdTube" and now I want them to actually have that.
