She refers to his brilliant violet scales, and golden wings and tail piece.
And while she doesn't mention his eyes, she finds them beautiful and often looks right into them.
Naturally, Spyro is flattered and a little flustered, and grateful long after Cynder is overcome with nerves and scampers off.
Sparx teases him for this, but Spyro can't much be bothered.

Cynder doesn't totally understand her feelings towards anyone, especially Spyro, just yet.
She doesn't love him -- not yet, but she is infatuated with him and tends to follow along after him happily wherever she can.
The world is much bigger and scarier for her after having been shrunken down and restored, and Spyro is a beacon of comfort and stability.
He is used to being small, he's used to being a child, knows how to fight while tiny, and even knows how to catch small animals for food.
He even knows how to play, a concept most fascinating and unknown to Cynder.
Even while happily in his presence, she often remains in a submissive position that makes her appear smaller.
However nice everyone is to her, it's understandable she harbors a hefty amount of fear and anxiety.
She happily tags along as Spyro's little shadow for months, even when they meet new friends.
It's the meeting of those other young dragons (Ember and Flame) that help her feel more like she's safe to be independent.
