Heatherfall is the decendent of two very important families within her clan. She is the granddaughter of Willowstar, the founder of her clan, through her father dovetail and the daughter of Wispsight a warrior with prophetic vision and of legendary skill. Not to mention her other grandparents who are also social juggarnauts within the clan, Mistbreeze and Snowhawk.

Heatherfall was born into a time of great strife within her clan. There was a plague only known as redcough that was slowly killing out the clan and weakening many of its warriors. Her Grandfather Snowhawk was one of these cats that took ill and he requested she attend to his duties until he recovered. Heatherfall was barely out of her apprentice training but also was not about to let her family down. She took on her grandfather's role

Heatherfall stockily shoulders her duties but she doesnt handle them well. So much responsibility shoved onto such a young cat has left her even more distant than before. She has become aloof and disconnected in her time and she often prays for her grandfather's recovery to relieve her burdens.
