So I've come to the conclusion I've taken a long enough break. Here is an upload finally. A picture I did for an Aries friend
This picture is on its way to Chattanooga in the mail now.
The only thing I hate is the really shitty fire. If anyone has any suggestions for coloring fire(for next time i guessΒ Β ) feel free to share.

Fire is so hard to capture.Β Its a whimsical loose burst of energy.Β When you approach fire you should really avoid found and hard edges and remember the kind of energy and what it is in nature.Β Fire is pure energy that is visible, its light in form.Β Its not easy to capture good fire but I think in the context of the piece and the style you were going for you did a good job.

thank you! Yes I will keep that in mind. Fire is so beautiful but definitely one of the hardest things to try to color/draw.
