What I notice is that you have a good tendency to show emotion in your pieces. The expressions on the characters do them justice on how they feel even without words. That is a strength I see in you that you should strive to improve as best you can. The coloring in this piece seems to be better and more smooth then the others. There are tons of videos on smooth blending with markers and books as well. There's a particular Japanese book which I can't remember the name of it that is a great reference. Even if you can't understand it (which I can not) it still has great illustrations you can catch onto.
