Description i scrapped my first ariel (aka first loish fanart), soi decided to color this one

i'm planning on giving this pic to a friend of mine that is visiting us on sunday (easter!). i htink i've improved a lot using the media of watercolor, and i just really admire this friend. she's incredibly smart, a great leader, terribly nice, and she's a great artist too she got accepted at duke, so she's coming to check out the school. i ts a good school . i'm awfully proud of her.

btw, i know that ariel's dress is supposed to be pink. and also, *insert flaming of scanner here*. killed colors again ;_; but at least now i'm used to it. aaaaand as with all other ariel pics, dedicated to

eww i hate math. i'm bad at it too. well, you can't tell from my grades, but my grades are only good cuz i stufy really really hard for math tests. yeaaah, i think i wanna be a neurologist., or a stem cell researcher. i've got big plans for my future

Those folds are gorgeous! ;3; <3 I love the simple shape of her torso, too - it makes her look so young and delicate, which is perfect for Ariel (WHOM I LOVE BTW, so this makes me happy ) Once again, gorgeous face and I love the flow of her hair and the soft coloring there. <3

its funny how everyone thinks its a green dress. in rl its more blueish watercolors are my stressrelievers and i <3 them.
