Emerl is cool but I prefer Gemerl (the one that was black with gold and was used to fuse with many of Robotnik's machines) Gemerl actually tried to fuse with the Chaos Emeralds...badass dude

I really like this style on this piece because the neo Emerl looks like it could run at like 150 mph and rip through a building without stopping

Though you seem to have adjusted his colors and design a bit, he doesn't look like he did in either game....
My only objection is he DOES have a personality - he picked up traits from his friends.

I love this picture, the shading and detail is incredible. I like how it stands out and has the sepia tone bg as past experiences. This is also one of my favorite Sonic characters EVER! You did an excellent job! I don't see anything wrong with this. And I'm actually going to use this as my wallpaper. Now I shall fav this.

Emerl's awesome, and the power to customize everything from his fighting style to even his colors makes him all the more awesome. I really like the color choices on Emerl, and the overall look to the entire thing.
