The Kirin for Phoenix Dream creature contest :[link]This creature is a mixture of dragon and cloven-hoofed animal, male and female have significant difference: the male have dragon like tentacles, the right horn is much larger than the left( Make it easy to mistaken that the male has only one horn). The female did't have tentacles and the large right horn.
