Description
There was a sudden impact to the back of Ichigo's head. As this unknown object collided with his head it broke open making a cracking sound and released a gooey substance. The force of this impact made Ichigo's head jerk forward.
Ichigo quickly turned his head around in his newfound rage to see whom had thrown whatever it was at the back of his head. Of course he had a good guess who it was too.
"Tsk, you let your guard down again Kurozaki-kun," Oita said standing right behind Ichigo, eyes closed waving his finger like he knew better. 'Yeah, right' was the thought that popped into Ichigo's head.
Ichigo looked down at Oita's hands. In his right hand which was perched on his hip, palm facing outward was holding an egg. So that was the object that nailed him in the head.
"What's with you, kid?" Ichigo asked irritated.
Oita opened his eyes, now looking dead serious Oita spoke, "Well if that were something more dangerous Kurozaki-kun, you'd be beyond dead. Besides, not everywhere has the same rules of physical contact Ichigo."
Ichigo blinked, "What?"
"You heard me," Oita said turning on the ball of his heel now facing away from Ichigo. But when Oita looked back to Ichigo he had his smug look on his face again. "If you hadn't noticed, this training ground had been enhanced by my powers."
Ichigo huffed, "I noticed that."
Oita turned his direction ahead of himself, "Good, so you did notice this." Oita snapped his fingers. "Try cutting me with Zangetsu."
Ichigo raised an eyebrow out of suspicion, "What's your plan?"
"Just trying to teach you some rules in physics, in this case I won't dodge, catch or do anything to save my hide. So cut me already," Oita sneered.
"Fine," Ichigo sighed and took Zangetsu off his back. He charged toward Oita, screaming at the top of his lungs. As he neared Oita he brought Zangetsu over his head and started to bring Zangetsu down over Oita like a guillotine over a neck.
But then something odd happened, the blade instead of cutting Oita ended up passing through him.
"I thought you said you weren't going to dodge, or do anything to save your hide!" Ichigo snapped.
Oita smirked as he coolly replied, "I didn't."
"Then what was with THAT!?"
"If you noticed what I did before I told you to cut me I removed my powers from the area. In this universe Kurozaki-kun, Ghosts, spirits, and death gods such as you or the variety that come from another universe that look more like hollows to you... They have no such power to affect their surroundings. In a sense they plainly do not exist, but you Kurozaki-kun are an exception to just the wasting air space rule."
Ichigo stared down Oita as he absorbed this information, after he had finished he came up with a startling thought, "Let me guess there are millions of Universes like this one too."
Oita just nodded to Ichigo's logic.
Ichigo forced the point of Zangetsu into the ground in frustration, but Ichigo expecting this to upturn dirt, did not. "DAMMIT! How am I supposed to snap Rukia out of her disillusionment if I'm in a universe like this one?!" Ichigo hung his head low.
"With this," Oita said suddenly, grabbing Ichigo's attention making him look up. Oita tossed a piece of black fabric into the air and caught it with the same hand he tossed it with.
"That? How's that supposed to help me?" Ichigo asked incredulously.
"This, will allow you to be able to be in physical contact with anything while you're in your death god mode," Oita explained. "But, there's a catch to this little arm band."
"That is..." Ichigo cocked an eyebrow.
"Everyone will see you in you death god mode, with or without the ability to see spirits or not."

This took me so long to colour, I ran out of White coloured pencil and ran down to South Edmonton Common to get some more... *shakes head* adding light to black is too much, even for me But I got it done and now I move onto other projects anmely finding reference for others too, so much fun there. ANyways LaterZ Ppl!
