You do a great job with the line art. Attention to detail is always important as well, and you don't fail in that regard.
I like the shading as well, so I suppose my only problem is that the sketch isn't finished!

I know, I rarely finish any of my sketches, I always worry I'll ruin the bits I'm happy with. >.<

Oh my gosh I do that too! Like I'll be scared to finish a drawing because of it lol
Since I took life drawing at school though, they forced us to make a gesture drawing of a person in 10 seconds, so that really freed up my movements which were locked up when I would draw.
It looks terrible at first cuz you just draw a squishy figure while barely looking at your paper, but I think it really helped me improve, if you want to give it a try
