Donovan's vision distored with every pound of his racing heart as he tore across the frozen ground. He could feel his body fail beneath him, each step pulling him farther and farther behind his target. As his strength waned, the sprint was quickly reduced to little more than a canter, then a trot and finally...

The exhausted hunting party could do nothing else but watch as their prey darted into the safety of an awaiting snowdrift and for once, he was not alone in his silence. A dark cloud of foreboding rolled over the group as the realisation set in.

They would be returning to a hungry pack with empty jaws.

Again.

First post since I've been back WEWW!
This took an agonisingly long time to pull together haha, I really had to shake off the cobwebs xD
I didn't have access to my digital tablet for pretty much the entire time I was away, so it took some time to readjust, but it was fun to mess about again <3

Excuse my slow reintergration everyone, it's been a crazy past couple weeks (months even). Since I've been home, I have had a shitton of organising to do, with work and study and just general irl mess, but this was a nice little project to break it all up c:
I hope I can get a much better handle on my free time over the next few months, but you'll have to bear with me hue

All that being said, I am so looking forwards to getting involved again and can't wait to chat/rp with you all <3
