yeah she is concept that I never got to finishing. She was meant to be a princess trapped to her thrown because she willingly sacrifices herself to give her people a working mechanical soul powered city...... Yeah never got around to drawing the gears and stuff, but I thought she looked good just there on her own. Thanks for faving and commenting
