Description No, it's not the next page of Vision Impaired. For some time now I've been promising some folks I'd throw a few more pages of art onto the ~CollectiveFable project, and I thought I'd take advantage of a slight lull in my current work to finally deliver.

This took me exactly 100 minutes, on the button, including the digital removal of the graphite glare.

Enjoy!

Neat to see you do something totally different, with a sci-fi, high-tech touch! Good one!

Yeah, I don't do a lot of sci-fi-high-tech stuff. Don't know why, actually. I'll have to think about it. Thanks, Bryan!

Aww, he looks so happy! And what a trendy accessory he has! I think I want one- wait... what is it doing to him? Is it... is it... eating him?

....Apple must've made it.

I'm impressed that you got this done in 100 minutes, I've gotten so slow recently that I can't even get a rough sketch done in two hours. I'm really looking forward to that quick sketching class at the art institute.

Can't wait to see where the collective fable goes next. I'll have to finally get myself in gear and contribute something.

You DEFINITELY should contribute something to the Collective Fable. I find I have to keep myself OUT of the whole Apple vs. PC thing--I find that it, like many other hotly-contested rivalries, comes down to personal experience that I lack on either side of the issue... Thanks!

The only thing I have against Apple are their commercials, (annoying...) and their freaky super-gadgets; don't they know the more advanced they make them, the quicker they'll enslave humanity and take over the world?

Good thing I play videogames, I'll be well prepared to save humanity when the iPhones brainwash the weaker minded with their 2" x 4" hi-def screens, and nifty ringtones.

Okay, someone needs to stop reading the Aldous Huxley and the Revelation of St. John at the same time they are playing PC shooters and tripling up their Nyquil dosage... Actually, the wife has an Ipod that she quite enjoys, but which can't seem to keep her from spending lots of time on this ( MY! ) computer...

You know, that brings up an interesting memory: I once had a youth pastor who tried to convince me that the four horsemen of the apocolypse were actually four helicopters, and was getting frustrated when every time I responded with, "Why can't they just be horsemen?"

I have a tiny MP3 player, the size of most iPod's screens, but I can't find its USB cable, so it's dead, and I have no way of recharging it.

I'm feeling a Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse image coming on... Maybe an oil painting, but probably an ink drawing.

Helicopters, indeed...

Yeah, every once in a while a guy-in-non-lethal peril shows up. They USED to show up in my head much more than in recent years. Thanks!

Thats an attachable device or jsut growing out of his body ? Anyway to keep this thing smooth going he needs a lot of machinery oil, like the tin man in wizard of oz.

I think it's an attachable device that grows partly out of his mind and soul... How's that for an enigmatic compromise? Maybe it uses blood as a lubricant?

Nice work... dig the motion of his pose, and the techno arm, which I always feel I'm bollocks on, myself. Nice shading... turned out cool for the quickness. Kudos!

Wow. That is unbelievably funky. The details are awesome, and I love the feeling that this just came right out of a comic book.

Great work here I really love the level of detail it. Looks like a male version of witch blade in a way.

Why was the graphite glaring? Did you make it mad at you?

Ahhh, nothing like animated chains and hooks tearing at the unprotected flesh of those silly humans...
