In the figurine's eyes, a scene unfolds.

Her attackers continue pressing her, though Avora has slain close to two dozen. The malice-fueled Wand of Antreatos leaves them little more than piles of smoking debris across the garden, yet more of the walking corpses continue to rise and reach for her. The wizardess is a match for them, certainly, destroying the foul creations before their weapons or clawed limbs can strike or take her, but their assault has cost her the relative safety of the path, and she is moved far more deeply into the garden’s interior than she wished. As flash after flash of destructive energy tears the corpses apart, Avora begins an objective appraisal of her situation, her mind’s eye constructing an overhead layout of her surroundings and planning her next moves carefully.

Remember that scene in Alien Vs. Predator where the three predators arrive and start into their regular mayhem, and the one opens up his forearm doohickey to produce a map of the big pyramid below the ice, and the camera zooms into the pyramid map and fades through it into the actual pyramid where the poor human schmucks are fighting for their lives? Yeah, well, that's kinda what I had in mind for the rat figurine here.

Also, after all these years (10.5 actually) since I drew the original Twisted Plot, it seemed like it was time to really put my vision for its overall look and size to paper. Kind of a rambling hodge-podge of trees, shrubs, grass and mist, with broken stone walks scattered throughout.
