Here we go! The tutorial I asked about in my polls. If you have any other questions, please comment on PART ONE!These will be scheduled to upload ten minutes after one another so don't worry.
I worked my butt off on this and spent from three to eleven pm trying to set these up. They are not as easy as they can look.

This is how I draw chibis, so please don't take it as how you're supposed to do it.

I am not perfect at art and this purely on how I learned to do these things from looking at others and testing out ways.
