I did a series of these.Portraits done on layered sheets of acetate and tracing paper in markers and colored pencils.

i like it - i like the dark outlines and the effects of everything. looks like it was done with a pen and watercolor - and i loove the colors

yeah, one can do really cool things with markers, pencils and some ingenuity.... markers + pencils though, really cool stuff, you should try it out

again, the distortions are very interesting. These look more like your work though. you've made these idstortions before. Its not a bad thing at all(its a good thing) because it gives your work character. Plus, as a friend of mine said, if you want something really realistic, you could always take a picture. pLus its not the outcome, but what you get out of the process.(but it really looks cool). i really like the hair and the colors you choose are nice. The only thing that really bothers me is the arm near the edge of the page. I think its either too wide for her body or it need to be moved out more becuase you probably want the main focus to be on her face, but that arm keeps dragging me down...

i gotta say, it really doesnt look anything like her, but i havent seen her in months so what do i know really, for all i know thats what she looks like now, but i have seen these and there pretty fuckin sweet
