Yah! I was thinking that if he ever gets out of the shadowzone, he'll quite his vow of silence and continue with Megatron's plans. Then he will talk, tell Starscream to quite nagging and they'll be the most boss Cons on CYbertron.

I doubt he'll talk or formulate a plan; he's to shy submissive to do that. He doesn't seem to want to be a leader.
