Holy cow... Whoa...this is just insane; not in a bad way, Fairy, but in a scary, send-bad-chills-down-your-back kind of way.
Now since the picture has full downloaded -Yes, it's sometimes takes a while since I'm using Dial-up-, I can give you a full critique.
OK, the first thing that got my eye about this picture was the light red highlights around Ruu's body. Second, the color scheme, the laughter, and the blood splatters really suits with Ruu's blood-thirsting and mentally unstable personality very nicely.
The only thing that is curious is Ruu's undershirt. I know female Serpentine do not have breasts, but are you sure that it's not her bra?

-And good question! I know you saw the Solarflame picture, and just today I was like, "females shouldn't have them." Not that it's bad or anything, but I'd prefer the flat chest. Actually it's just an undershirt sorta thing. Tight bandages to get that figure.
