So Imperials are kind of Fisher King in the eyes of their people?
Hmm...Given how genders are described, reversed Yin-Yang makes ton of sense.

Fisher King is a king from legend about King Arthur.
Um...Okay, better example: Demeter, the goddess of plants and fertility in the Greek Mythology; remember the story of the kidnapping of her daughter Persephone by Hades? When she is with her daughter, the world is lush and green. When her daughter is with Hades, the world is dry and barren.

i idol anyone who can pull off these kind of things; this is gorgeous, and i love the story/metaphors behind it; even though i'm not up to date with the world or species, i found it very interesting (:

I started with a circle with a few light spokes drawn through it, then it was all Animation Structure 101, keeping track of bone lengths, muscles, joints and what goes where. I was constantly turning my sketchbook around. It was a lot of fun!

Yep I have! I have so much in my sketchbook that needs scanning & colouring, I'll be backlogged with sketchy goodness for a while.
