Personality: Character: She is very open-hearted and talks a lot, the only time she is silent is when she works on plans for a ship
or repairs something, if you annoy her during her work, she even gets angry, and might attack you, she gets annoyed of men, who
think they are awesome and can get every woman.

History: She was born on a little Island in the east-blue, when she was 5 her mother died after beeing sick a very long time.
Her Father and her moved to Loque Town. Railes Dad was a brilliant Carpenter and teached her everything she knows about ships.
She is very talented and loves to design Ships and to work with wood. On her 19 th Birthday she met Iuna, who visited the scaffold. The girl told her about the
the Bloodtear Crew, her brother and her big dream to find the One Piece. Raile decided to become Pirate too and realise
her Dreams. So she joined the Bloodtears and travels over the seas with them.

Dream:

She wants to design and built the fastest ship ever.

Weapons:

Atson Atson no Mii
Type: Paramecia
Abilitys: Allows user to controll pressure and temperature.
f.e: Raile is able to raise the temparature of the bullets she shoot, or she can make raise the pressure arround her and make kind of an invisible shield.

Pistols
with special bullets she designed.
They are temperature-resistant and can be influed by pressure, so she can use them with her devil-powers.

-water, because of her devil-powers she deeveloped an aversion against water she just hates it that
she is so helpless...

-nami, Raile can raise temperature and pressure, so theoretical she must be able to turn coal into diamonds..
At least Nami thinks so, but Raile really doesn´t want to try this =3=
