Description
Happily Never AfterOnce upon a time
There was a princess.
Her hair was tied in golden curls
With a silky satin ribbon.
She was perfect.
An unbroken vase
Made of pale porcelain
That held a bundle of buttercups.
She was in search for a prince,
Who would never come.
She dreamed of dark nights
Where a small mist kissed her skin
And the horse she rode trotted gently.
As she closed her eyes to dream
Of wonders across lands unknown
She was shut away from the world
In the arms of her prince.
