Casting shadows accross the ground
Shining disk stands tall and round
Illuminated in the dark sky
No competition, the stars don't try.

Feeling tired and unprepared
A restless night, a reckless girl.
Shut the door, block out all life
Returning to her nightmare.
People haunt her in her sleep
Recurrence of her life.

She surrenders to her ill fate
Gives in to their constant rate-
Of haunting her till she gives in,
Give up her soul and let them win.

Down to earth she wants to fall.
She's stuck in limbo, shameful end.
Pity comes, unwanted and
Abhorred, they let go, she falls.
Sun rises on another day
Waking up they go away.

Day dawning now in her found heart,
Night's been lifted and so part
Of her returns again, lost yet found
Spirits drift and fade, she hits the ground.

(Fully conscious herself regained
All is forgiven forever forgotten.)
