Description
This lovely gal originates from that one arc back in season 2 where a ton of mutagen is dropped from the sky and the Turtles have to collect it and April's mad at them for turning her father into a bat thing and thus not talking to them and we meet Casey. Run on sentences are the best things ever.

The original idea for her mutant name was Hogtie, but I got comments saying it may be a bit sexual. I'm open to more suggestions for her mutant name, but if Hogtie sounds good I'll go with that.

EDIT: Ok, instead of Hogtie, I'm dropping the tie and capitalizing every letter in hog. After all, her initials spell HOG, and I'm deciding that Hog was her nickname around the workplace

Age: 56
Height: 5'11"
Occupation: Head Zoo Veterinarian
Personality: Generally no-nonsense, considering her job requires no horseplay or some rare species dies.
Backstory: She is a widower as her husband had died in the Gulf War, and has one daughter, who she hasn't seen or heard from in about a decade. She's very dedicated to her work because of this.
Mutation: It was late at night, and she was still at work. Some of the animals had injured themselves, and she was tending to their injuries. These animals included Yellow Armadillo, Desert Hedgehog, and Common Snapping Turtle. She tended to them all, and put them back into their cages. She was examining some tissue samples when suddenly the skylight above her shattered, and something fell onto her and broke into a million pieces, and thus spilling it's contents all over her. Instantly she could feel a horrible pain wrap around her, and many tearing sensations. After her mutation completed, not entirely sure why she's doing it or even able to in the first place, she bounded out of the little medical theater and off into the city.

She has a feral side, kinda like how LeatherHead does, where her eyes go white and she acts on pure instinct. And thanks to her mutation, her painful arthritis is gone and her bones aren't so weak along with a lot more energy than she used to have. She also can do that roll-up-in-a-ball-and-charge-your-enemies thing that Anguirus does.

I'll add more stuff when I think of them

EDIT: Ok, I colored in that tongue and I fixed the plastron. The way it was before could not have been comfortable
