I debated for awhile which category to put this in. It's not really anime, even though it's in my style. The hateful emotion and the dirtyness of the pic leads me to believe it'll be okay in Dark.That aside, this is one of the colored pages from Fallout Issue 1. I think it's page 16. The character, Halcyon, is mine. ahthankyoo.

Without bothering to read the other comments, I'm sure the wings have been commented on an innumerable amount of times (that a real word?), but I believe one more can't hurt. I like the wings... because they seem so... damn I can't think of the right words. But re ally, that's amazing... I relate a lot to what that image is saying, at least what I think the message is.
