A very cutesy pic of Hal I 'doodled' on a manilla envelope. The envelope contained several sheets of quality paper.. but NO.. I draw on this crap. Sometimes it loosens you up to draw with bad materials... and it worked for me, so I'm not complaining. I like the way it turned out. She was supposed to be brushing her teeth, but it just turned out to look like she's rubbing her mouth or something. Who knows.Sketch on manilla envelope, uh.. 20 minutes? CG and fixing and finishing, 45 (unfortunately.. quite slow...)

I dunno, I think the manilla makes a nice change from pictures that are either expertly coloured and touched up or left as simple greyscale. Not to mention it makes her eyes stand out much more.

I think it looks good..Manilla paper works good for drawing on when you are suppose to be organizing your binder during class.
