This would actually be awesome as a real Starbucks (or other coffee house) advertisement; the steam from the cofee looks wonderful, and you appreciate its presence more because it seems to be cold in the picture.
And you're right it does look pretty surreal.. It's the lighting that does that, because we can't tell where it's coming from, OR what that girl is looking at.
But it's wonderful, awesome job.
