's pretty sad. The city is all that keeps him getting wet, but it looks like the burden of the city is almost too much to bear and he might just get rid of the umbrella eventually... if he finds the courage to do so.

I like the cross thatching and buildings on his umbrella. It is also pretty cools how you did the tear drops and I like the thick but not bold lines of the clouds.
