If there's one thing Torterra learned with all his years of life, it's that patience is a virtue. Protect after protect, and the occasional Leech Seed, this battle was dragging on, indeed.

Maybe the becaon wasn't that worth it, afterall.

It's ironic, as this is totally how I would lose a battle.

And yes, that white-thing on Torterra's beak is, in fact, protect. I found one screencap of Corpish using protect, and I guess that this is what it'd look like on Torterra?
