I tried multiple methods of shading but nothing turned out right, so I changed the color of the line art and slapped a layer of pink over everything.

I'm on a Sailor Moon kick and have been binging Sailor Moon Crystal to where I'm already on season 3 (I started watching right after Christmas). At first I was a bit iffy about Crystal especially with the animation looking kinda weird at times, but it got better the further I got into the series. Then I also saw that it's more faithful to the manga, so that encouraged me to continue watching. Though I do wish it had the same aesthetic as the 90s run of Sailor Moon. Even though I didn't watch that one when I was a kid, I still appreciate the style. It seems a lot more charming and nostalgic.
