I thought Quan Chi needed more tattoos, so I gave him more!Trying to upload this guy has been quite a challenge today. Apparently Quan Chi haunts tech like Ralis does, but in weird, new and exciting ways. Huge giant enormous thank you to Gosh-Heck for helping me get this thing uploaded! You are awesome!

I am not sure what the problem was. Whenever I tried to put him on DA or Twitter, the image would turn into a haze. It was so blurry that it was hard to tell what it was. Very unusual! Putting a transparency pixel in the corner helped though. It didn't help on Twitter, so there I just had to upload a much smaller version and that fixed it.
