Applecrumb is a sweet and joyful guy, a gentleman with a polite and welcoming smile and a willingness to be hospitable to even the most unusual of guests. He's very southern, hard-working, messy and doesn't care about getting dirty, but has the politeness of a suave gentleman one might find in nobility. He's chivalrous and kind, with a classic 'opens doors for women' and 'offers his jacket if she's cold' type of manner. He's a prince charming in overalls basically, but can be very quick to fluster with any sort of flirting. Ponies he finds attractive will often make him...short circuit, leading to him pausing in the middle of his sentence and freezing up like a deer in the headlights.
