Jubilation is a suave and charming man, raised to be a gentleman and full of that good old southern hospitality. He is as smooth-talking as he is flirtatious, though that is his normal disposition. Often, he doesn't even realize he's being flirtatious in the first place! He's gracious, gentle, and all-around a very pleasant guy. What's the catch? Well, he can be cocky at times, easily finding himself in situations where he needs to be humbled. He's also not always as sweet as he pretends to be, sometimes making deals with people after charming them with his hospitality in return for unspecified 'favors to be cashed in later down the line'.
