Bite [Plasma bites down on his opponent.]
Swift [Plasma uses his boundless energy to create star-shaped rays, which all launch at his opponent and never miss.]
Thunder shock [Plasma launches a blast of pure electricity at his opponent, shocking them.]
Quick attack [Plasma runs forward at high speeds, energetically rushing around his opponent and hitting them before they can react.]
Thunder wave [Plasma lets out a much lower jolt of electricity, shocking his opponent and leaving them paralyzed.]
Thunder fang [Plasma bites down on his opponent, then fires a jolt of electricity through his fangs, shocking them.]
Volt switch [Plasma fires a jolt of electricity, which launches himself away from the battle.]
Mud-slap [Plasma kicks up mud and throws it at his foe, often causing decreased accuracy due to the mud getting in their eyes.]
Backstory:
Plasma was born in a facility that studied the strange new phenomenon of 'wrong-coloured' Pokemon. Pokemon that, for one reason or another, had colours that didn't match the natural or shiny colourations. Eventually though, team Plasma of all groups broke in and released the Pokemon from their cages, forcing them out into the wild. Of course, because these mons were born and raised in a lab and were used to being taken care of by humans, many died. Disease, hunger, killed by predators, etc. After a huge chunk of them were picked off, they all scattered, and Plasma was left on his own. With no knowledge of what happened to the other survivors.
Extra:
Plasma's 'electric blue' colouring is often seen as ironic by other Pokemon, considering his typing.
He misses the lab, but is so lost by this point, there's no way he'd be able to find it again.
He has a deep fear of Team Plasma now.
His name, ironically enough being Plasma, makes him jumpy when someone yells it. "P-Plasma!? Where?!"

Not the biggest fan of how the legs came out, but yeah. This one was a little harder to redesign, because the original was a bright neon blue with some yellow on the inner ears, eyes, and neck floof. A bright mess of rbg neon. So I figured I'd keep the neon yellow, but change the colours to be electric blue and grey, so the grey would balance the yellow and the blue would stay in the design, just slightly changed in hue and saturation. [The electric blue being something I thought was funny, lol.]

Also, the yellow being in his ears and eyes only draws the eye to his face, which is always a design win.
