Damn i love cosplay.
I was thinking of making chads arms using liquid rubber/latex: wrap you arms in a thin layer of medical gauze snuggly but not to tight (more loose around the elbow and finger joints) and wear cotten book reading glove, wrap a little gauze around the wrist and fingers making sure its snug, apply your base coat, and quickly/immediately wrap more bandages snuggly so that the latex cures with it, repeat intill deired thickness (thinner layers look nice but may affect the materials strength around the joints, apply your final coats with no gauze untill the outer layer is smooth, let dry, get your paints or other colored latex and using a stencil paint your paterns, let dry.
If you want to remove it without destroying it you can roll it off your skin like a sock but this might cauze tearing, or you can: *Be careful around sharp blades, especialy when using it near your artiarys* use a Exacto knife to *Carefully* cut the latex from your armpit down to your wrist in as straight of line you can manage (it might be safer if you slip a piece of hard material between you and the knife like a paint stick) from here you can sew a small zipper along your cut line for easy rezipping.
this can also be doubled for your bondage pleasure, please play responsibly. careful that latex does not enter your pores, and if it has trouble breathing try glueing some thin fabric all along the inside.

The chest piece is made of model magic covered in spandex. I would recommend looking into stronger materials as it started breaking down after a few wears. Or if you want start with model magic to get a shape then reinforce it with paper mache. The spandex was hot glued down around the edges and in the details.

WOW. I've seen some Halibel cosplay in the past, but you'rs is the first to have the full mask (even if its the tv version, perfectly understandable though), and actually have a rack that can do the costume justice. Good job with the whole thing, it looks great. How did you make it and what from?

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. The mask for this one was model magic over a plastic base. It unfortunately didn't hold up very well and broke. Version 2 is gel-coat and fiberglass but I made it too thick. V3 i may go back to paper mache or retry fiberglass. the neck is spandex with craft foam backing. and the chest plates were model magic covered in spandex. Once again the started breaking down still in the process of remaking it.

what did you use for the boobs?

I made the skin from layered silicone calk, nylon, and latex over a plaster sculpt then attached them to essentially home made sport bra. So i could slip them on and off. They where filled with borax gak for realistic weight and movement.

I'm looking at remaking everything in silicone rubber and probably different filler but that is a little ways off.

Thanks that really means a lot to me. When the idea came up for me to crossplay, I really wanted to do it right. There are plenty of guys in dresses at cons but not many good male crossplayers. So I went all out to see if i could pull it off.
