the character in the foreground has a level of detail not match by anything else in the picture, I love the layout, but for that reason it looks, unbalanced. I love the geisha, im just trying to be contructive

It just seems a bit like youve done the hills, clouds robot thing so many times you start to rush it, and its not as good as it could be

the obi (waist ropey thing) is a bit small, or rather, not wide enough? and it should be a little lower, i believe.
the eri part (err, whatchu call... um, the part of the kimono you uh, ok nevermind) has to be more to the left side. and the green of the eri should go down even underneath the obi.
i cant say anything about her hair, since that isnt part of the "clothes" category.
