thanks. I simply did some contrast adjustment then postrize and cut out filter, then selected some layer out of it and did some manual brushing in some areas then chose 4colors for the face and two different colors for the lips..
maybe later Ill make a tutorial with exact steps on photoshop to show my way of stencil making ..
